God’s Mysteries

 

God’s mysteries are not received by the intellect of man

but

by His Spirit

and

God often uses the language of natural things

to communicate spiritual matters

So don't get locked into certain ways of hearing God or seeking God

That in its own way becomes legalistic or religious

God is a creative, imaginative God who has great mysteries to reveal to us

Do don't miss what He wants to share with you

by having a closed mind to the ways God wants to connect with you.

Remember Moses and the word he received from a burning bush?

Or Balaam who heard a donkey speak?

However both of those were unusual but verbal

God communicates without words sometimes

Like the rainbow that spoke to Noah of God's promise

Open yourself up to the mysteries of God
