God's timetable works at a different pace to ours

He works in the realm of eternal history

He works outside of "time" as we understand it

We work in the realm of "do it now" - "do it today"

God says - "All in good time"

God was silent for 400 years while the Israelites were in captivity in Egypt

God was silent for 400 years between the end of the Old Testament and the start of the New 

So why do we expect Him to be talking all the time in our generation?

Especially when we don't always act upon what He has said!!
