On asking a friend how he had enjoyed his cake
he said ........
"It promised more than it gave!"
How true is that of many things we approach in life
and yet ........ 1 Corinthians 1 v 20 says
For no matter how many promises God has made,
they are Yes in Christ.
And so through him the Amen is spoken by us to the glory of God
He always gives what He promises
He is faithful to His Word
