Throughout January i am thinking of choosing a verse each day from the relevant chapter in Proverbs
So for yesterday - 1st January the verses i would choose from Proverbs 1 are
v 7 - Only fools despise wisdom and discipline
and wisdom - God's wisdom - is not elusive or had to find for it says
v 20 - Wisdom calls aloud in the streets. She cries out in the public square ...... Come and listen to me
v 23 - Come here and listen to me! I will pour out the spirit of wisdom upon you and make you wise.
We very much need God's wisdom to know how to live in this world, in these times that are unsettled and challenging to our faith.
We very much need God's wisdom to know how to bring people into freedom and to release them from things that keep them captive.
We very much need God's wisdom to understand God's times and the season that we live in.
So - seek out wisdom and let your mind be guided by God's wisdom and but the logic or values of the world.

and for those with discernment,
you will be able to acquire brilliant strategies for leadership.
6These kingdom revelations will break open your understanding
to unveil the deeper meaning of parables,
poetic riddles, and epigrams,
and to unravel the words and enigmas of the wise.
7We cross the threshold of true knowledge
when we live in obedient devotion to God.
I'm actively seeking God's wisdom!
