We said previously that with God there is no method or formula.
We say God is our Healer
But how do we experience His healing
For some of us we have a sickness
So we pray – and ask God to heal
and just expect it to happen
But …….
That isn’t how it happened in the Bible
for example -
when the blind man was healed in John 9
Jesus told him to go and wash in the pool of Siloam
and that was how he received His healing
when the lepers were healed in Luke 17
Jesus told them to go and show themselves to the priest and they
were healed on the way to the priest
when the young girl was healed in Mark 5
Jesus just took her by the hand
and told her to get up from her bed
So each time it was different and often the person had to do
something to receive their healing
We need to hear what God is saying to us for each of our
situations and be obedient to what He says if we are to receive healing
He wants to involve us
He wants to see if we really believe
and are willing to step out in faith
and do what He says
