Satan is always looking for ways to alienate us from God
As he did with Job when satan said to God -
If he is afflicted he will turn away from You
But Job never did turn away from God no matter how many challenges satan brought into his life
So ........ in every hard situation
If we hold fast to our faith
If we turn to God
Then no matter what the issue and how we struggle
The bigger victory has been gained
We have gone closer to God
and the enemy hasn't been able to turn us away from God
And from that place of being close to God
He will take us step by step to where He wants us
He will take us into the future that He has planned for us
