Psalm 46 says - Be still ...... and know that I am God
Stillness has a suggestion of silence about it
Stillness of the tongue is silence
But how often do we want to talk and expect God to listen to us?
And yet how little are we prepared to sit quiet and listen to God?
Whatever we say to God is nothing compared to what He would say to us.
And yet by our "chatter" we so often miss the words He would say to us
Quote - The quieter I became ..... the more I heard
So ........ be still, be quiet in thepresence of the Lord and see what He will say to you today
