We sometimes wish the people around us
Were easier to live with; easier to work with
Then good relationships would not be such a challenge
But .......... consider Jesus’ people group – Hid disciples
What a motley group of people to be around
Not a perfect people group
They argued amongst themselves
They didn’t understand the things Jesus spoke
One was a cheat and a thief
One at least was arrogant
Not a perfect people group – but a chosen people group
Jesus prayed through the night before He chose His disciples
And knowing this was His people group, chosen by God
He was faithful to them and walked with them
Worked with them and taught them
So embrace your people group as chosen by God
And walk in faith and relationship
