Can He feel your presence?

Prayer  -  is keeping company with God

And sometimes we might ask the question

Do I feel His presence?

Wrong question!!

Rather ....... we should be asking

Does He feel my presence?

Does He find me there with Him and quietly listening

To anything He would have to say

Or do I go with my own agenda

And quickly go once the list has been delivered

We’re not there to talk so much as to listen
