We sometimes ask ourselves - especially in recent times
What is going on?
Where is God in all of this?
But .........
the whole of history and our present time is ....
a work in progress
Consider a wood carver or someone working with glass
As we watch them work we think
What on earth are they making?
What are they doing?
We just can't see what they are working towards
Although it is very real to them
Yet towards the end we suddenly begin to see what is taking shape
We begin to know what the craftsman is working towards
And it is the same with life
This world here is a work in progress
God is working towards His ultimate eternal plan
And although it isn't evident at the moment
One day we will see more and say
So that is what He was doing
That is what itis all about
For He is the master craftsman
And we are living a work in progress
