Between the place
where we receive
the promise of God
and
the fulfillment of
the promise
there is often a
time of wilderness
that is the exact
opposite
of what we have
been promised
This is a time
when our faith is tested
and we have to
hold on to the promise
without doubting
because faith ~ is
the confident assurance
that what we have
been promised
is going to happen
even when there is
no evidence (Heb 11)
