When the Children of Israel went into the Promised Land
2½ tribes said “No thank you, we’d rather stay here”
on the edge - just outside
satisfied with something less than the full blessing
God had in mind for His people
Are we in danger of being like those 2½ tribes
Settling with something less than God’s new season
Staying with the familiar, with what we know & understand
Rather than crossing over in faith
into the new season of what God is wanting to do today
A fresh wind is blowing from the heavenlies
Will you set your sail to let it take you
on His chosen path
or will you choose to row with self effort on the course
you have set and planned
