In Psalm 119 in The Message Bible

Break open Your Word,
Let the light shine out
The scriptures are just words on the page
unless… the Holy Spirit breaks open the word
and the light shines out
You can read 20 chapters a day
and it will do little for you
except increase your head knowledge
Or …… you can read just one verse
and if it is broken open and
you receive revelation
it will have power
it will feed you
it will change you
