Ps 19 says
The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard
Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.
God speaks through the skies and the heavens
Do we look for Him in unexpected places
Does He speak to me through the skies and the heavens
Elijah saw a message in the fist-sized cloud
It spoke of coming rain
Abraham saw a message in the stars in the sky
It spoke of his heritage & descendants
Stephen when he was stoned saw a message in the sky
It spoke of a hope beyond death and
a saviour who was waiting to receive him
The wise men saw a message in the star
It spoke of the birth of Jesus
Noah saw a message in the rainbow
It spoke of God's promise to mankind
Don't limit God to past experiences
Look for Him in unexpected places
Hear Him where He wants to speak
Not where you want to hear Him
