As Jesus bought us with a price
paid the cost with His life
Then our life is now His - redeemed and free
Not just our individual sins, one-by-one
But the sin question itself is dealt with
and we are restored to that position of "before the fall"
Where we choose to eat from the tree of life
and turn our backs on the tree of knowledge of good & evil
Where we choose to defer to God in all things
Dependent on Him for life and truth and knowledge
Depending on Him - but not controlled
Released & free to live to the full potential
of what He first created
To express and release all that He has planted in us
Our unique qualities of character and personality
Our unique expression of the gifts He has put within us
And as we eaxh live in the fullness of our uniqueness
so there will be a richness in the colours and vibrancy
of the tapestry of life - that is being woven even now
and into the realms of eternity
