The Father wants a people who will
Come and sit at His feet and learn from Him
We have imbibed so much over the years that is tradition; history or culture
that we are in danger of living from the
Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil
living from the mind of man
and not the heart of God
and He wants us to go with open hearts and open minds
Willing to have our teachings and doctrines
turned up-side down or thrown out the window
if they aren't in line with the heart of God - for today
His storehouses of wisdom, understanding & knowledge are limitless
and yet we so easily limit ourselves to the crumbs
that have been received from history and other people
He wants us to open our eyes, open our ears, open our hearts
and quieten our spirits and to regularly seek His face
for today's truth, today's word of life
Different for each person, individual to each person
He wants to give us precious gems treasures of truth
not paste jewels that we have collected from the past
So come and sit at His feet and learn from Him
Know your life being enriched with things of eternal value
As you feast at His table and drink from the fountain of life
