Hi for 2006
I feel the word God has given me for this coming year is
"Come and sit at my feet and learn from Me"
How exciting - as it suggests that He definitely has things
that he wants to share with me.
However - it also causes me to consider -
How much of what I know have I actually learned from Him
and how much is just passed down tradition
or manmade beliefs ?
Check out some of your beliefs to the true judgement
of scripture and see if they still really hold good
What is truly of God will stand up to scrutiny
But some of your long-held beliefs may fall by the wayside
as not being supported by scripture
and we need to consider how we will handle those issues
