Do we see opportunities or obstacles in life ?
Do we see adventure or problems ?
The answer is rooted in our knowledge of the Father
If I really know Him and have reality of relationship
Whatever He sends my way is an adventure & an opportunity from Him
If I see it as problems of the here and now it is rooted in self-awareness
and not God-awareness
My understanding is rooted in the reasoning of the natural world
Not the faith & promises of the spiritual world
not seeing things from His perspective
Like the Israelite spies in the promised land
who see the local people as giants
and themselves as grasshoppers
Whereas Joshua & Caleb saw the promises of God in the
richness & fruifulness of the land
