History = His - story
My story = mystery
So whose story are you living - His - story or my-story
Ask yourself the question
Let it change your perspective on life as you get the right balance
It's His - story and it's like He's writing the book
As a character in His - story sometimes you come to the forefront in a certain storyline
but at other times a character is only on the fringe
or faded into the background - it's all about His storyline
He has a purpose going from eternity to eternity
And that is what we are part of
That is what we were created for
To be a part of His - story and outwork the part He has written for us
As He turns over the page to show the script for each new day (Psalm 139 v 16)
Do we read what is there as He reveals it to us
and live the part He has written for us
Or do we come with our red pen and write in our own plans
our own agendas; our own programmes
Living a bit of His and a bit of our own - seeing it as my life
an entity on its own to my way of thinking
Or do we recognise our integral part in His eternal purpose
